Those are the words of Gary Dagastine of Northwest Recumbent Cycles in Post Falls. Gary, with the help of other caring people in the community, built a hand-cranked tricycle for 13 year old Kate Danner free of charge. Kate has orthopedic issues that prevented her riding a bike...until now.
